Since inception Darpan Furnishings focus was customer oriented. Darpan Furnishings mastered the art of selling of Deco products as it understood that customer is not just buying cloth or a product but he require the expert’s support before and after buying the product to create what he wants and that is the real value that customer is looking for. In that process Darpan Furnishings has developed number of methods to make the buying process easy and effective from customer point of view. As the 3rd generation customer perceptions are changing in respect of converting houses into their dream homes. The innovation, creativity, imagination of customer has to be reflected in reality to make the buying experience an enjoyable one and of course cost effective.
Keeping the above facts in mind Darpan Furnishings has taken an initiative to provide the front and backward linkage services of buying any product whether it is curtains, upholstery, wall paper, floorings and bed accessories, has built a team of experts who can support and help the customers in developing the home design concepts, selecting the products and execution. To manage this aspect more professionally Darpan Furnishings has come up with a “DF Deco Club Card” which will be provided to their customers to empower them to understand and utilize the services and save lots of time, money and efforts.
The “DF Deco Club Card” will be given to the selective customers who are in need of the services and the identification of them will be done vey scientifically. Once the DF Deco Club Card reaches the customer he/she can use the card throughout the period 5 years from the date of its issue so that they can make, change, modify and upgrade the deco of their houses at their convenience and changing needs.
The DF Deco Club Card will provide the following value services to the customers
• Customer can get a tie-up with the interiors who are experts in home interiors. Darpan Furnishings will provide them from the panel of interiors that it has since its inception.
• Customer will get a professional designer advice and support in making their dream house who will involve them serves from concept to completion.
• Customer will be provided with technicians who can execute the job under the supervision of the expert team of Darpan Furnishings as par as the Darpan Products are concerned.
• Customer will be given services at their door step to the possible extent.
• Customer will be provided all the supportive services to maintain the products after execution to extend longevity of the utility of the products.
• All these services will be provided at minimum cost or at nominal cost
• And The DF Deco Club Card holder will be provided 25% off on curtains fabrics, sofa fabrics, wallpaper.
• This card is transferable with an authentication from the original owner of the card.
Darpan Furnishings has two outlets in twin cities one at the heart of the city i.e. Abids and another in the IT corridor of the city i.e. Gachibowli. The outlets are equipped with all the modern amenities that a third generation customer demands with ample parking and supported by a well experienced and friendly sales team who are at the service of the customers for 365 days in a year.
